I told family when I found out, I couldn't keep it from them...I'm 19 so I was also freaked out. But I told everyone else at 6 weeks when I heard the heartbeat for the first time. The doctor reassured me miscarriage goes way down after the heartbeat is heard. I'm now 12 weeks. Do whatever you're comfortable with. I know I'm still constantly worried about miscarriage even now!

I told my family and co-workers as soon as I found out. I didn't have a choice due to work and the harm I could cause my lil ones. Telling others, even now at six months, is heartbreaking. One of the twins in an carrying will not make it once she is born and there's a chance she might be stillborn. The chance of miscarriage goes down but you ultimately never know what will happen. I would still tell people early on, having the support around me if something were to happen in the first trimester is welcomed.
