Heavy bleeding :(

I was at the ER for light bleeding today, after they did the ultrasound i started bleeding heavily and now its red and  having bad cramps. The doctor said my baby is find with a 122 heartbeat and my hcg levels have doubled. My cervix is also closed. Is this happening just cause of the ultrasound????? And can i take tynole for the pain. ?? Im just scared to death right now
