Allergies???

I can't get in to see my son's doc until Wednesday... so just putting thus out there, maybe someone has dealt with it. He has developed little dark spots under each eye, looks like little round bruises. They've been there for a few days, then yesterday he had a bloody nose a couple of times, and a rash started on his face and chest. He is eating normally, drinking fine, not fussy. I made a list of everything I can remember he ate, and have not introduced anything new... Anxious to see what his doc says..
