Twins or no?

Okay first of all hi ladies :--) !! I'm 6 to 7 weeks prego and I bought a baby heart monitor when I was pregnant in January unfortunatley I lost it :--/ ... I was hearing my bbys heart beat on my right side then I started wandering 9 to the other the further I kept going to my left side the sound became softer then I hear another heart beat exact same spot as right only on my left could it be two bbys or is it the same one... I was taking a supplement called cassava root but I don't know if I got prego before or after I started taking it. . Any comments are greatly appreciated thanks ladies :-)) I'm super mega excited
