Losing weight
Here it is I’m 188lbs and I’m 15 and that’s not good and almost pre- diabetic....I love playing sports and working out but if it’s not fun for me I won’t do it cause eventually I will get tired of it. I don’t like working out at home because my family is too much. My boyfriend tells me if I want to lose weight stop saying it and do it. My self esteem is very low and that has a major effect on everything. I’m completely lost on what I need to do and I need help and advice. And maybe friends to talk to ❤️
