Sore breasts

So my boobs always get sore about a week before AF. That's what happened this month but instead of AF I got my BFP! Now it's been 3 weeks and my boobs are still VERY sore. It's extremely painful and worse than my normal pre-AF tenderness. I even feel it in my underarms (which would sometimes happen with AF but not this bad.) I also have a very small frame and large breasts so that doesn't help either. Is this normal? How long till it gets better?
