Mother in law question

My mom and dad passed away when I was 17 and 20. I'm now 22 and have been married almost a year next month. I'm 12 weeks pregnant. My mother in law has known that I'm pregnant since I was 4 weeks. She knows I don't have a mom to talk to about my pregnancy and she never calls me to check on me. She calls my husband all of the time and I just asked him if she asks about me and he said no. It kind of hurts my feelings. Am I wrong? I do call her every now and then but I feel like it should be both ways. I don't expect her to play the role of my mother. I know that's impossible. My mother left big shoes to fill and no one could ever come close. But it would be nice to have a "mother" to be there for me.
