Need a Diet Advice!!!
Hey girls ❤️❤️❤️ so.. some time ago, I started a diet and lost approximately 20kg (44 pounds), it was easy because I wasn’t working and I could prepare food for myself. But once I started working, i gained 7kg (15pounds) back and I can’t get rid of that mass((( 😭😭😭

Recently I started calorie counting method and it has been working great for me, i feel lighter and i eat food i like but in reasonable amount! But my scales show the same weight((

So.. i’m eating approximately 1400 calories a day and sometimes even do some cardio. So? Am i just overreacting and the weight will slowly go away? Or is the Calorie method not so good?
Has anyone of you ever tried this method? And please share your experience^^
