Cycle wasn't as normal, should I worry?

AF was due on 5/5 and I got my BFP the same day. I had a MC on 5/9 and went to the doctor to confirm this. We were told to hold off until a normal period came back. Mid May I had EWCM as expected but still held off. 
AF arrived June 1st but was very light the entire few days. Usually I am very heavy for the middle 2 days. Today is O day for me and I didn't have any EWCM really this month like normal, just very small amounts. Should I be worried?
We BD as normal but I am more concerned about my cycle not being normal like I always am. I am usually very consistent like clockwork with every aspect.
