Help!

After having my son November 17th i decided to get on the depo shot before leaving the hospital on November 19th and that’s when i was bleeding for three weeks and it went completely off. February 18th was when i was suppose to get my period telling me that it was time for my shot but my period never came on. Round the time for me to get my shot me and my partner been having unprotected sex. Lately i been having cramps, headaches, Toothache, back hurting, throwing up and the top of my stomach is kind of hard. Now that’s its March I’m
