HELP--WAITING SUCKS--Clomid Q and advice needed.

Ok, so I took my first round of Clomid back in February and it resulted in a pregnancy, but I had a miscarriage. 8 weeks after the miscarriage my cycle restarted and I did another round--- I got a positive opk on CD18-- I went to my bloodwork on day 23 and got the results back that my levels were at 7.8 and they didn't think it worked. I explained my late ovulation and the nurse still believes my period will come. On CD24 (6dpo) I had some random blood when I wiped that was mixed with clear discharge. It was only there once. I am currently on CD32-- 13dpo... I tested this morning with a FRER. I feel like I saw the faintest line ever-- one that wouldn't even show up on camera, but my DH couldn't see it. Do you think it's possible that I could be pregnant and that it's still too early to detect it in my urine?? I'm trying to stay hopeful, but not too hopeful in case AF comes. Any advice or encouragement?
