Period problems

Heres a snap of my calendar. I'm late on my period i haven't had it this month yet i was due a few day's ago i got tested for pregnancy at the hospital a few day's ago But maybe it was to early to test ? I do have irregular periods but i usually get them each month I'm confused this time
