Wondering about discharge

I've noticed for a couple of days now I've been having alot of discharge when I whipe. Now I always have discharge I have since I started my period at a young age. But now that I'm pregnant and there's a lot more then usual I wondered what it may be? It doesn't stink nor does it hurt when I pee abd another things ive noticed is my urine is slightly darker. I have a doctors appointment Tuesday and I will tell him about it when I get there. I just wanted to feel reassured nothing is wrong.
