Ultrasound due date vs. date of conception due date

So, based off of the estimated date of conception and my last period, (which is always random and I didn't keep perfect track of), I'm 37 + 1 today. Based off of all of my ultrasounds, the doctor says the growth and development of the baby shows that I'm 38 + 1 today. The OBGYN that I use likes for us to see all the doctors at their practice...as opposed to just getting used to one...that way they'll all be familiar with me if they're the ones on duty when I go into labor. Some of them say they're sticking with the 37 weeks, and some say they're going with the 38. Problem is this...due to the fact that my past labor and deliveries have all gone extremely quickly, they want to induce me at 39 weeks if I haven't had the baby by then naturally. So is that in one week or two??  Lol. See my dilemma?  😳
