Gender scan wrong?

I was wondering if anyone had a scan tell them 1 gender, but baby was born (or a later scan showed) the opposite?

At my scan the cord was wrapped around baby's thigh & blocking the view, she shook things up and got a pic of what we think is a penis. Having 4 boys already I've seen a few. LoL And this one just doesn't seem right comparing it to the others. So I'm wondering if it's possible at 16wks (15w7dy) to have it be incorrect because of the cord placement at the time.
