What now...

Have been trying for a year now and nothing.. With the exception of one chemical. I literally am out of ideas on what to try (i.e. Tilting upward after sex, prenatals etc.) or what to do. Doctor said to come back to her after I've officially hit a year. I just don't see what they will be able to do. Had a vaginal US a few months ago... Found nothing.... Never been told about pcos or anything like that... As far as I know I do ovulate.... I don't know what else to do. 😞
