Skin itching

Hi all!

Last few weeks I have some skin itching below my right breast (don't know if that's because I sleep on my right side). I notice the that part of the skin is also lot smoother then the rest of abdomen. Sometimes it's "quiet", but sometimes it itches like hell.

Any advice what could it be and how to treat it?
