I need advice please!

So last month I missed my period, I did get a little spotting but dark brown color only lasted a day. I took about 5 tests, all negative. I bought an ovulation advance digital test. I took those just to see, they said I was high and then I had my peak. I used preseed and had sex everyday. When should I take a test again? My nipples are very sore and I've been cramping like crazy. Could that be from ovulation? Or am I likely to start my period? Help please!
