What to expect second time around ?

4 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I was very sick during the first trimester last time just wondering if any of you ladies noticed any differences between pregnancies or were they more or less the same ?

My first pregnancy i had hardly any morning sickness and it was great! But my hips hurt soooo bad and really bad heartburn. 
This time around i have had horrible nausea and fatigue. Probably because i have a toddler🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant with my second and I had little morning sickness with my first (it was a boy) and I haven't thrown up once since I've been pregnant with this one.. Every pregnancy is different and I see what people mean when they say that.

I was extremely sick during my first pregnancy. Severe morning sickness lasted till around 24 weeks. My breasts were tender, I felt run down, my back was killing me. This time it's a completely different story! I'm 16 weeks pregnant and had virtually no symptoms at all! No morning sickness(just some food aversion during the first 10 weeks), no back pain, no fatigue, no tender breasts, no weight gain, I mean absolutely no symptoms! I feel great and full of energy. And even though it should be the other way around, I still didn't start to show at all. I'm carrying a girl this time, maybe it has something to do with it, who knows.
