Twin mommies

Everyone seems to have this opinion I'm going to have twins because of how sick I am. This is my fourth pregnancy and never had a day of nausea with all three until this new pregnancy. What do you think or what is your opinion? Just out of curiosity, waiting for first ultrasound.
