Female Circumcision

I just attended an islamic seminar (i think they call it "taaleem") and i've learned that no female shall enter paradise without circumcised. Is this true? I'm no longer a child but i think i was able to avoid it when i was younger and now I'm 22 but I'm afraid to do it.
