Help with bbt chart!
Hi all. I’m very new to the glow app. Any understandings of these charms would be really helpful as I’m looking on google and can’t get my head around it!
I have started using it to try and track Cycles and to help me any my partner conceive our second child.... so I’ve started charting my bbt this month and I have this chart which I’m confused by? Any info on my up and down temperature after ovulation?
