Tanning beds are dangerous for you normally. They increase your risk of melanomas by 75%. They are UV radiation.. they cause cancer... of course they’re dangerous when you’re pregnant.. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t think they’re safe but i seen another girl on here says she goes tanning and it was Ok by her dr cuz she’s has low something, i forgot what it was. But i wouldn’t do it.

besides the obvious harmful effects, you aren't suppose to get that hot while pregnant, and you burn easier.
