Not sure how far along I am

So I’m pregnant but not sure how far along. I went on Thursday for a sonogram but they told me the radiologist won’t get back to be u til Monday and it’s driving me crazy. I can be 2 or 3 months. My period is really light after my iud was removed in 2015. My period was due January 17 but didn’t come until til the 21st. I found out by a home test 8 days before my period in February. Not sure if my period in Jan was an actual period or implantation bleeding. This is my sonogram
