What to wear to a casual vow renewal ceremony?

Vow renewal Ceremony is on the beach & is at 11 am. Lunch is at a local burger spot called Fuddruckers. 
Think black pants, a nice blouse and some nice boots are ok? 
Idk where else to post this lol

Boots and black pants aren’t appropriate for the beach. I’d go with a dress or skirt with slip on shoes you can take off on the beach. If you want pants I’d do capris or something that stops at the ankle. And slip on shoes.

since the ceremony is on a beach , I'd  suggest a nice summer dress . you could just text the bride and get her input on it?
