What would crying do to my baby?

Im 29 weeks pregnant today, and I've lost two of my grandfathers this month .. I feel depressed and crying all the time ... I'm worried as well about my baby .. is it okay to cry like 40% of every day for a month? I'm exhausted already..

Better to let it out gorgeous - don't hang onto it, letting out all that emotion will be cleansing for you. So sorry for your losses x

I’m so sorry for your losses. Crying doesn’t hurt the baby just make sure your blood pressure doesn’t go up ridiculously high. I lost my baby at 14wks because at the time my one year old was diagnosed with a mass on her skull that needed an MRI and so much more so I was going through an insane amount of crying BUT my dr said that you can’t cry or stress your baby to death. What can happen is that your bp rises so high that it can cause a burst that affects the baby. There was no other cause, my baby was perfect so it had to be that. I am pregnant again now and I am constantly checking my bp and trying to stay as stress free and anger free as possible but crying? I’ve cried A LOT even now especially with the due date of my loss coming up. It’s definitely been a grieving process.

I'm sorry for your losses!! it does stress your body out some, if your concerned try talking to your OB

I don't think crying will hurt. But it does put stress on you and your body. If you are worried speak to your doctor.
