There are two types of women that exist in this world... One who have children and know what being a parent is like and then...there are those women who don't have children to know first hand what being a parent is like. Just keep this in mind when you decide you want to comment on how someone else is raising their child, you did not give birth to their child. You aren't the one providing for that baby. And you damn sure aren't involved in the every day life of a complete strangers child. So you have no idea what makes that baby happy . If that child is happy, let him or her be happy. A happy baby is a loved baby. So don't comment on how someone else is parenting their child. The sooner everyone learns that not every child is the same, the better off this judgemental world will be.
