Unsure what’s wrong

I had been having an issue for a few weeks now so I went to my local clinic to get tested and everything came back clear. My symptoms are pain after sex and I’m extremely dry down there. My so and I started using lube and there was no pain for a few weeks. But now the pain is back even though we are still using lube I have made an appointment to see the doctor but it’s not for a few weeks can anyone help? I take the microgynon 30 pill and have been on it for over a year and have only had this problem for about 2 months. I have also tried not having sex for a few weeks to give down there a break but that didn’t help.
