1st pregnancy after septum removal - any success stories?

Meagan

Hi ladies. Just like all of you, I find myself pregnant again after 3 devastating losses over the last two years. We have been through so much- a missed miscarriage at 14 weeks, subchorionic hematoma that lead to 35% blood loss and including a d&c; for every end of pregnancy plus a corrective one to remove my septum. We were so hopeful for it but they don’t think enough of it was taken out. It was a huge blow.

But now I am pregnant again for the first time since the surgery last May and I must say, I feel so different from my prior 3 pregnancies. I feel less anxious, have less of a foreboding feeling, and I have no heart palpitations. I do have extreme fatigue and sore breasts (mostly at night). Usually heart palpitations are my tell tale sign that I’m pregnant before it’s confirmed but didn’t have any so I was genuinely shocked when the doctor called to say it was positive. My husband’s theory is that my heart isn’t needing to work as hard to keep the baby alive this time and I hope he is right. HCGs are going up nicely from 64 to 138 to 367 over 5 days. I am trying so hard to remain completely positive this time and give this baby a happy environment regardless of the outcome. I am hoping this pregnancy is our redemption and we will finally have our baby by this November.

Do any of you have any success stories for pregnancy after septum removal?

Ps I went to see a medium who specializes in fertility issues during the depths of my despair (sounds ridiculous I know) but she told me that the surgery worked, that I’d be pregnant before the end of winter ✔️, that my next pregnancy would be much easier than the prior ones ✔️ (so far), and that I’d be pregnant 9 months after the surgery ✔️😳 three for four so far...crazy!
