Living with anxiety.

For people living with anxiety, we often struggle with things that everyone else takes for granted. My recent small victories include:

*Taking an in-person class

*Finally visiting an eye doctor for my ongoing vision problems

*Finally visiting a doctor for medication to help with my constant panic attacks

*Being able to enjoy my morning commute as opposed to worrying about my driving the entire time

*Enjoying a dinner in a restaurant without the constant fear of choking

What are your recent small victories?
