A few days ago I posted asking for ideas to come out as non binary to my family. Today was my birthday and to celebrate my family went and saw Love, Simon. Amazing movie by the way. I was inspired to come out, my family went to village inn for celebratory pie and I came out. Although my parents tried to be supportive and seem like they were ok with it, I could tell that they weren’t. Well at least that my mom wasn’t and I can’t help but feel like it was a mistake to tell them who I am. I wonder if it was better to just keep pretending I was a girl.
