So today I got walked out of my corporate job...
It's been a long day to say the least, although the one positive thing to come of this is that I am finally admitting I have a problem and I am going to get help. One of the main reasons why I lost my job is due to "unexplained absences" aka the days I could not bring myself to get out of bed. I also could not admit to the people I work with why I was missing work. I'm scared and anxious although overall I think this is a positive thing, at least I hope it is. I'm not sure what my first step should be, anybody willing to help me out and guide me?
