I have a bad habit of picking my nose and recently when I’ve picked it, it’s started to bleed, and just then I picked it and it was bleeding so I put my head back and I felt the blood rub down my throat and then it stopped so I ignored it and then ten mins later I ate some cereal and felt something in my throat and it was a clot of blood, would that just be from the nose bleed?
