This app isn't 100% accurate, and it isn’t fair to the app to say it would ever be.. It's based on math and equations to determine when you will ovulate and your period. The hard part is that the app doesn't account for changes in diet or exercise (which can effect ovulation/periods), sicknesses, stress, hormonal fluctuations, when we start or stop birth control, etc. All these things can shorten or lengthen periods and ovulation and can cause the app to be wrong. Just listen to your own body! Use an ovulation test if needed. This app is great for helping us to guess, but isn't always 100%

I will say that Flo is almost 95% more accurate than Glo.

This month glow and Ovia were right and flow was a few days ahead! But once I added in a positive opk it changed its prediction.
