While TTC, what vitamins do you take?

I have geritol that I'm taking, should I also take my prenatal vitamin? They are both vitamins so i wasn't sure. Any help is appreciated!

I took a prenatal and coq10 and had my so take men's one a day c1000 zinc  100 and coq10 we were pregnant the cycle we both starting taking them

I'd talk to the doctor before you start doubling up on vitamins. Too much of some vitamins can be bad for ttc and fetal health!

I took women's one a days and folic acid. My dr said those would were great as long as I'm getting my folic acid and she prescribed me some prenatals for when I ran out.
