Any tips on morning sickness?

Mine is horrible I throw up about 2-5 times a day! Anyone have any tips?

To be honest nothing helped me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just found that I got
More sick and nauseous if my stomach was empty. Which was hard because I didn’t want to eat anything. But when I did it helped me not throw up as much. When I would go too long without eating that’s when it got worse. 
Be sure to drink lots of water& eat what you can whenever you can

I tried all the tips lol.. ginger ale, crackers, frequent light meals, b6 and unisom. Nothing worked, had to get a prescription from my doctor. One big thing that has helped though is keeping a carb in my stomach, so need to eat something every 30 minutes to an hour (even if just a cracker)- this works on good days doesn’t on others though. Good luck!
