I just tried the nuvaring. I put it in Sunday morning and no problems all day. By Monday afternoon I has HORRIBLE anxiety that I've already had in the past, but I was freaking out over NOTHING. I'm already on medication for it so I'm gonna assume it was the ring. Called the doctors to make a same day appointment and started having a panic attack when the appointment time was the same time as my moms appointment. But I'm still going to get a different kind.
