How to lose my v card with overprotective parents

I’m in a long distance relationship and he’s coming for the summer we wanna have a sleepover but idk how I’m going to lie to my parents any ideas?(: I’m 17 by the way. Also my parents are super against having sex before you’re married so I can’t talk to them about it I would be in so mcn trouble.
