Weight Loss Progress!
My starting weight was 315 and I started changing my diet and I plan on going to the gym 5 days a week. I weighed myself last Friday (exactly a week since I started) and I was down to 301. I was going to wait until this Friday to weigh myself again, but I got so impatient. IM FINALLY UNDER 300!!
Update: I’m down 60 pounds!!

😭😭 I still have a long way to go, but I feel so much more confident already and I am blessed to have the support from my family and you guys ❤️❤️
