I’m thinking of moving to Miami but i hear the bugs are really bad lmfao..so for my people who live in Florida..is it really that bad?!
This is deff gonna impact my decision i cant do big bugs lmao but i’ve wanted to move down there since forever

😂😂 I mean we’re hot and humid, so there’s a lot of palmetto bugs around no matter what you do. We just bomb our house right around May 1 and make sure to keep our house sprayed by the exterminator on time every time, and we don’t let food sit out or trash pile up, and it keeps them out of our house for the most part. Mosquitos are terrible late at night and love bugs will destroy your car’s paint job during the summer if you don’t keep your car washed.
It’s a lot of maintenance, but if you’re pretty clean about that kind of thing already it’s not a big deal honestly.

There are bugs everywhere here but if you keep your house clean and have proper pest control that’ll help. 
Miami sucks. I’ve lived there most of my life and it’s extremely overcrowded and people are assholes.. you can’t say hi to someone without getting nasty looks

I used to live there! 
The closer you are to the water, the more bugs you get. And make sure your neighbors are clean... cause I had that issue from my neighbor! 
Also make sure management goes in and sprays... 
I had to move home cause it got to be to much... it’s really expensive... and over populated and the TRAFFIC IS AWFUL!
and everyone there is so shady... no one is truly your friend... 
But if you move, make sure it’s a safe location. Stay away from housing near train tracks (that’s where the bad shit happens) 
And ALWAYS take out your trash and NEVER put wet towels on the ground, and TRUST NO ONE.

I went to Pensacola last year for vacation and a cockroach flew on my forehead while sitting on the beach and while we were on the deck playing poker. They’re everywhere. My dad and uncles were born and raised there and said it’s pretty bad. Cockroaches everywhere.
