losing weight help
hi ! backstory: (trigger warning: eating/ eating disorder) so i’ve been insecure about my weight for as long as i can remember, and its been a real up n down for me mentally. i used to starve myself and throw up as a quick and easy way to lose weight and i really loved the results, but ofc that was wildly unhealthy. Lately i’ve been doing way better mentally but i still desperately want to lose weight (ive gained a lot lately and its getting to me) but instead of going back to my bad ways of weight loss i really want to do it healthier. i know all what to do n eat but (and here’s where yall come in) i have no motivation to do anything ever. does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting up and doing the darn thing ?
