How soon did you start feeling symptoms?

I have one son, factor v Leiden and have been having unprotected sex with my husband for the past 3 years. Not too concerned about having another baby, we want another, whatever happens, happens. I have been having terrible hunger pains like I had with my son and feeling uncontrollably nauseous until I eat..period is not due for 9 days. although my cycle can be up to 5 days off. So my question is do you think what I could be feeling is pregnancy symptoms? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
