I don’t get what’s going on

I have no idea what’s going on with my body, I was supposed to start my period around the 4th, and still nothing. I took a pregnancy test and it’s BFN. I have period like cramps on some days but they don’t last. I’m out of guesses! Maybe it’s stress from work why I’m not starting.. who knows!
