Icy hot during pregnancy???

I am curently 15 weeks  3 days pregnant I was on(prior to pregnancy) muscle relaxers for muscle pain in my neck, shoulder and knee. Now i am no longer taking my muscle relaxer but now in alot of pain and not able to sleep. Question Icy Hot or Tiger balm ok during pregnancy? Tylenol is not working, neither is ice or heat or combination of both.

I was looking for muscle creams myself and each one I found says not to use during pregnancy. I googled it and found that many women said it caused them to go into early labour or miscarry. I can't remember the reasons why, it was a while ago. 
Perhaps try a warm bath with Epsom salts. Massage therapy and chiropractors are okay, or ask your doctor what you can do.

Look at the active ingredient & Google if it's safe in pregnancy. (Example: ibuprofen is not safe)

It says on the label not to use it if pregnant. You might be able to use arnica Montana... but will need to check to verify
