Blood Pressure high??

Question

So I just did my blood pressure at home and it was 148/97 is that normal or? I'm not really sure on what the normal blood pressure level is. Any advice would be great xx

I've been in the hospital for a little while now, blood pressure is great. Waiting for results on my urine, and waiting for my bloods to be taken. But so far nothing to be concerned about

That is not a good sign, I had my regular check up with my midwife at 25 weeks and my blood pressure was hitting 160 over something and it really freaked my doctors out they immediately did a bunch of a tests and started me on blood pressure medication. I was then diagnosed with gestational hypertension and in be early stages of preeclampsia! I would definitely go and get checked out as soon as you can it could just be a one off that your blood pressure is high but you don’t want to risk it. If you start to notice vision changes, swelling, severe headache or pain in the rib area you should go to emergency ASAP. Good luck!

Preeclampsia 
Your systolic blood pressure (the top number of your blood pressure reading) is over 140, or your diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) is over 90, or both, for two measurements taken at least 4 hours apart. A urine test shows that you have too much protein in your urine.
I had preeclampsia and it was terrible. I thank god had my water break before I had to be induced. But I was being monitored at the end and they almost had an emergency C section due to my BP. 
Talk to your doctor that is a high number.

Anything with the top number over 140 in pregnancy you should talk to your doctor about it hun!:) best of luck xx

My heart rate is also 97, I've not been doing anything physical. I've been having a lazy day in bed
