The other dog topic made me think of this.

My terrible neighbor leaves her dog outside all day everyday without food and water. She is a wonderful elderly dog and I will frequently go outside to spend time with her. One day I gave her some of the chicken we buy for our dogs because she was just howling for hours so hungry. I hesitated at first worried that her owner would come out and yell at me but I didn’t care and gave it to her anyways.

Would you have done the same?

Side note: I’ve reported her and they won’t really do anything about it because “her ribs aren’t showing” (she’s very fluffy 🙄😭) and I have no proof of how long she leaves her out there.
