Lately I’ve been SUPER curious about trying this method opposed to using tampons. I want to know everything there is to know about them, and wondered if you’d share your experience using it?
How long can you keep it in, before changing? 
Can you use it if your period tends to be very heavy?
Does it leak? 
Can you have sex while wearing one?
Best brand(s)?

I love mine sooo much.. forget im on my period if i dont have cramps!! I will never go back. Just make sure you keep it clean and put it in right! I had to trim the little stem on mine because it was too long and irritating.

Up to 12 hours before changing, mines never leaked and no you can't have sex with them in unless it's a disposable soft cup
