Anyone else have extremely sore breasts still?

Anyone in second trimester or third and still have extremely sore breasts? Mine are so sore to touch especially my nipples. I'm 16 weeks and they seem to have gotten worse..

38 weeks and there as sore as my first trimester

I’m 20 weeks and I started lactating 2 days ago. 😩 I felt a tingling sensation after all 19 weeks of sore breasts.

18 weeks and mine are worse now than in the first trimester.

32 weeks and mine are super sore. It’s no fun at all.
