Ways to prevent head lice and nits
I am sorry in advanced. I know it makes everyone's head itchy. But with kids in school, I worry that it will be any day now that I'll be getting a phone call or letter sent home saying that my child has it or someone in the class has it.
So, what are some ways to prevent it?
I've heard pepperment, tree oil, lemongrass oil, or menthol in shampoo or conditioner.
