Parent’s Choice hand and face wipes

Has anyone had issues with these wipes? I bought them to freshen up my little man in the mornings that he isn’t getting a bath. He now has a horrible rash on his face, neck and behind his ears. They claim to be hypoallergenic, paraben free, etc but after doing some research, I found out they contain DMDM hydantoin which is a huge allergen found in a lot of personal care products. Just makes me angry that a product marketed like that could make my baby boy break out the way he did 😪
